At MSM, it's the result of our investment in state-of-the-art CNC bending machines coupled with sophisticated offline programming. This combination allows us to execute bends with extraordinary accuracy, ensuring your components fit perfectly every time. Our CAD experts use SolidWorks 3D modelling and BySoft bending software to plan each bend, maximising material efficiency and reducing your project's cost. Whether it's a one-off prototype or high-volume production, our technology and expertise ensure quality and precision from start to finish.
Beyond our robust CNC bending services, we also offer exceptional metal rolling capabilities. We operate two high-performance rolling machines for mild steel, ensuring we can handle a diverse range of project requirements.
Our larger rolling machine handles materials with a roll length of 3050mm, a capacity of up to 6.0mm thick steel, a minimum roll diameter of 250mm, and a roll speed of 5.0 meters per minute. When specifications call for more compact dimensions, our second rolling machine steps up, expertly managing roll lengths of 2020mm, steel thickness up to 3.5mm, a roll diameter of 127mm, and an enhanced roll speed of 6.4 meters per minute.
